I am located in Raton NM and cover a large area of northern New Mexico and Southern Colorado.

I provide in-house service for individuals who can bring in there computers and devices and give them a reduced cost for services. 

I focus my service on small to medium businesses that are in need of IT support but can not afford a full time IT position. I have three levels of support. The first is the Break/Fix service where I go out when your system breaks and I fix it. The second is a service called RMM or Remote Monitoring and Management where I put an agent in your computer that tells me when your computer is having a problem and I fix it before it breaks. And the third is called MSP Managed Service Provider were I Manage your systems remotely just like as if I were an on-site service tech.

When you are in a remote area you need to become a jack of many trades so I also support Camera and Security systems. Many of the more complex systems are now connected into the IP network so it works out that it is better for someone who understands the computer system to also work on the camera and security system. The larger customers will share the networks with VLANs for the cameras.

Because of the great distances in our area, I provide remote desktop services to businesses and individuals to help them with the in-between services call needs. this also reduces the windshield time for me and reduces the cost to my customers.
